From a strong sense of self, you’ll be able to map your activity to the criteria, select strong examples and write a coherent, easily navigable narrative – and also consider where your vision could go next.

I have had the great privilege to support outstanding individuals and teams to get their deserved recognition. Since 2019 I have supported 7 NTFS and 3 CATE successes. I was an NTFS reviewer for 12 years and am a current CATE reviewer. Since 2022 I have been a ‘Trusted Reviewer’ for CATE, acting as 4th reviewer.

As an AdvanceHE Reviewer, External Examiner, and PFHEA external assessor for a number of HEIs, I have a wealth of experience reviewing PFHEA and SFHEA claims from colleagues across the world and HE-related learning spaces. I use this experience, and my skills in active listening, to shape our mentoring interaction to you and your context. I have a 100% first time success rate for PFHEA submissions, and 86% for SFHEA claims which were successful on resubmission.
