What is growtHEdge?

The growtHEdge Framework is a values-first, extrapreneurship anchored development framework to support the professional development of Higher Education Educational Developers, other Third Space Partitioners and all colleagues seeking help to reflect on, and develop in, their HE careers. The growtHEdge Framework is an evidence-based approach co-developed through academic collaboration with Prof Karen Heard Laureote in 2024.
